Dear Yoga Students.
Just to remind you all that we will be commencing regular yoga classes again the week of Monday 3rd September after the Summer Break ….. enjoy the sun everyone and connect back to nature by taking your yoga mat outdoors and practicing Iyengar Yoga. Feel nature’s embrace, listen to the breath of the Earth and reconnect to your deeper self by practicing outdoors…. what’s stopping you!! ….. it’s a wonderful practice and feeling when you practice outdoors.

And on one more note…. students we do, we learn, we watch and we are inspired, but humble and grateful for Iyengar yoga.
